Responsibilities
Work directly with the client to develop and lead strategy and execution of a digital asset library
Define the plan for this new capability + build out scalable 3D assets for omnichannel CPG campaigns supporting multiple brands
Establish best practices and workflows
Handle the creative work from concept to execution, including modeling, lighting, animating and rendering everything from photoreal product shots to complex simulations
Leverage and integrate AI tools to make the pipeline smarter and more efficient
Work within brand guidelines and ensure brand consistency across all assets
Collaborate with internal and external teams to meet project goals and deadlines
Manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and timeline
Incorporate feedback and revisions efficiently during review cycles
Qualification
Required
7+ years of animation / motion experience, ideally at a consulting firm or a large, matrixed organization
Portfolio with a clean, modern, elevated aesthetic that showcases 3D asset creation and clear use of animation tools
Proficient in UnReal and Cinema4D
Proven experience with AI-assisted 3D workflows, generative models, text to 3D, etc
Comfortable with stakeholder management, presenting creative ideas and creating 'buy in' as needed
Self starter who can work in a collaborative environment
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong storytelling ability and understanding of pacing, structure, and audio/visual synchronization
Ability to receive and apply feedback in a fast-paced environment with limited handholding
Preferred
Previous experience with CPG / retail clients is a plus
