Responsibilities
Providing superb customer service by diagnosing, visual inspections, removal of parts and attachments, warranty repairs, performing preventative maintenance services, repairing lights and wiring, welding, cutting and other repairs
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Three years of diesel truck service and computer diagnostics experience
Mechanical aptitude and technical ability
Ability to operate power and hand tools and other equipment safely
Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
Possess a valid driver's license
Driving record that meets our criteria
Obtain and maintain a DOT Driver Medical certification
Dressing professionally
Ability to communicate well orally and in writing with customers, vendors, and other contacts
Ability to stand six to eight hours per shift
Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, handle and feel
Ability to lift parts weighing up to 70 pounds several times during each shift
Ability to use hoist and test equipment
Exposure to noise, vibration, dust, exhaust fumes, and other hazardous and nonhazardous materials
