IB Services Sales Manager

Responsibilities
Understands customer objectives and constraints to establish and maintain a favorable relationship
Responsible for the development of a business plan
Contributes towards achieving annual and long-term sales goals
Produces clear, correct proposals and communicates them to customers
Supports contract negotiations with customers
Maintains working knowledge of customer short- and long-term priorities
Provides direction to sales support staff
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in related field
Minimum of 10 years related experience or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
Excellent communication skills and negotiating skills to work effectively with all levels of staff and management, vendors and customers
Ability to perform various financial analyses and marketing exposure
Ability to change priorities quickly, confront issues directly and work well as part of a team
