Responsibilities

Responsible for maintaining and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration equipment and systems

Maintain the safe operation of highly complex systems and equipment

Specific systems may include: electronic/pneumatic environmental controls, fan powered boxes and auxiliary equipment (various pumps, heat exchangers, air compressors, etc.), chiller operations, BAS controls, pump operations, water treatment program, air handler units, VAV’s, walk-in coolers and freezers, refrigerators, ice machines and boiler operations

HVAC maintenanceBAS controls experienceEPA-Universal CertificationConditioned Air Georgia State licenseVocational School graduate

Required

High school diploma or GED

Five (5) years of experience as an HVAC Tech

For systems that include BAS controls, experience must include two (2) years of commercial/healthcare HVAC/HVAC BAS experience or graduation from a BAS program

Conditioned Air Georgia State license (Non-Restricted, or Restricted)

EPA-Universal Certification

Preferred

Graduate of Vocational School
