Healthcare Compliance Analyst
Piedmont Healthcare is a healthcare organization seeking a Healthcare Compliance Analyst. The role involves working under the supervision of the Director of Corporate Compliance to ensure adherence to compliance standards and promote a culture of compliance within the organization.

Investigate, monitor, track, and report allegations of non-compliance
Support compliance awareness and training
Assist with onboarding of new facilities
Promote a culture of compliance across the organization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
Two (2) years of experience with a healthcare organization in a compliance role or a comparable role in a care management, accreditation, quality or risk management position
Certified in Healthcare Compliance (“CHC”)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to all levels within the system
Proven experience in conducting healthcare investigations
Ability to write precise and meaningful reports of findings and recommendations
Ability to multi-task, be flexible, and work independently
Excellent organization skills to support a multi-component system and manage multiple projects across components
Detail and accuracy oriented with excellent critical thinking skills
Excellent work ethic and be adaptable
