Responsibilities

Lead the Contract Administration team, ensuring alignment with company goals and a culture of excellence
Oversee contract accuracy, policy enforcement, and sales program execution with a focus on integrity, consistency, and scalability
Support the contract administration team in navigating policies, procedures, and service agreements to drive publisher success
Monitor key performance metrics, identify trends, and implement improvements that drive efficiency and reduce friction for the sales field
Identify and implement process improvements to transition from legacy systems and informal procedures to refined, documented, and scalable workflows
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Production, and Technology to ensure seamless program delivery and operational flow

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
10+ years of customer service, operations, or sales support experience, including at least 3 years of leadership
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

Preferred

Demonstrated experience working with or integrating a major CRM platform (like HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
Strong understanding of sales policies, contract structures, and operational efficiency best practices
A builder's mindset: proactive, curious, and energized by improving how things work rather than simply maintaining them
A balance of strategic perspective and hands-on execution — willing to dive into the details to make systems work better
