Responsibilities
Own the YouTube content strategy and execution from day one
Produce and edit long-form podcasts and transform them into engaging clips for social media
Optimize content for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and paid social ads
Collaborate with our graphic designer and marketing team to bring brand stories to life
Stay on top of platform trends and algorithm changes—and help us adapt fast
Guide the team on video best practices, content structure, and what actually performs online
Qualification
Required
Proven success creating and growing content for YouTube and social platforms
At least 4 years of experience in video production with a strong focus on social-first content
Strong editing skills with tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve
Sharp storytelling instincts—especially for short-form content
Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple projects, and move quickly
Preferred
Bonus if you've worked on podcasts or performance marketing content
