Prospecting on social media, Facebook Marketplace, and other sources
Converting 25+ warm CRM leads weekly
Running phone and video sales presentations
Drafting contracts and managing deals through closing
Qualification
Required
Fluent Spanish and English (required)
Strong social media presence
Outbound prospecting and lead generation skills - must be hungry!
Real estate experience required (and we provide training)
Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
Familiarity with CRM tools, AI tools/software, and video sales
Preferred
