Responsibilities

Own the Zscaler OneAPI Automation Framework as a product and evangelize an API-first approach to implementing products across Zscaler
Drive the OneAPI roadmap and execution including cross-functional planning
Drive adoption of Zero Trust Automation across Zscaler customers and partners

Qualification

Enterprise Product ManagementCybersecurityAPI designAutomation frameworksComputer Science degreeCommunication skillsProblem-solvingCollaborationGrowth mindset

Required

3–5 years of experience in Enterprise Product Management with a focus on Cybersecurity, Information Security, or Network Security
Working knowledge of API Auth Methods, API design and flows, SDKs and experience with automation frameworks such as Terraform, Ansible, and Pulumi
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to Zscaler customers and partners while managing multiple tasks and deadlines

Preferred

Strong engineering background with a technical degree, certification, or previous hands-on engineering experience
Experience with launching 0 to 1 and scaling product offerings successfully
Customer-facing engineering experience, such as escalation engineering, pre-sales engineering, or deployment services
