VP of Product / Chief Product Officer

Responsibilities
Bring order to our current product and AI portfolio by consolidating existing initiatives into a coherent strategy with clear positioning, pricing, and GTM alignment
Lead the transformation of our products into a unified performance marketing platform with a consolidated tech stack, catalog, and monetization model
Drive the development of Iris into a marketplace of AI agents that solve diverse performance marketing challenges and open new revenue streams
Develop and execute product strategies that directly support business expansion (x2–x3) by increasing ACV, enabling cross-sell/up-sell, and supporting GTM execution in collaboration with Sales and Marketing
Lay down a strategic roadmap for innovation and expansion, aligned with company objectives and market opportunities
Recruit top talent, manage a team of product managers/designers, and foster a culture of continuous learning and growth
Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to drive adoption, market strategy, and customer impact
Make data-driven decisions and ensure product strategies directly support revenue growth, retention, and customer value
Stay ahead of MarTech and AI trends, ensuring SplitMetrics leads in applying AI agents, chat-based solutions, and automation to performance marketing
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in building B2B SaaS products for Mid and Enterprise markets
Proven experience in launching new or transforming existing B2B SaaS products
Proven ability to scale AI-driven products or platforms from prototype to active users, ideally including AI agents, conversational AI, or applied AI
Strategic but not only - ready to get your hands dirty to make sure products stay on target
Hands-on attitude, someone who talks with customers
Experience in leadership and proven 'Manager of managers' experience with the ability to optimize team performance and ensure their growth
Experience in formulating, communicating, and executing different product strategies, including core product strategy, Product-Market Fit expansion strategy, growth, and monetization strategy
Proficient in constructing, overseeing, and refining critical phases of the user experience journey, including activation, retention, and expansion
Seasoned in customer development techniques and market research methodologies
Exceptional verbal/written communication skills in remote/distributed environments
Fluent writing and oral communication in English (C1+)
