Responsibilities

Provide technical support to end-users who need assistance utilizing client level hardware and software

Plan, implement, and operate network services and systems, to include hardware and virtual environments

Setup and maintain systems including installation, configuration, and updating of hardware and software

Implement and troubleshoot Technical Security Controls per company policy and/or Customer requirements

This role may require domestic travel up to 25%. Travel is generally well-planned

Required

Active and transferable TS/SCI with Full-Scope Polygraph clearance required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience

Configuration and troubleshooting in Linux and Windows

Creating, modifying and deleting user accounts and groups as well as integrating Linux systems into an Active Directory environment

Planning and performing operating system, software and repo updates and troubleshooting networking issues and editing the routing table

Preferred

Demonstrated experience with time management to meet critical deadlines

Experience planning and managing projects of various sizes and scopes

Demonstrated skill in reading, writing, modifying, and executing simple scripts on Windows and Linux systems

Experience working in and supporting classified areas

Experience with installation, configuration and troubleshooting a variety of network and security management tools including, but not limited to; Centrify, Cisco Call Manager, Puppet, Splunk, Tenable
