Responsibilities

Design, implement, and support infrastructure solutions to meet business requirements

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner

Ensure the uptime, stability, security, and performance of the Bank’s infrastructure systems

Planning and execution of systems migrations

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical issues

Provide guidance and support to junior infrastructure engineers

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

Minimum 8 years of Systems administration experience

Proven experience in infrastructure engineering of VMware vSphere or Microsoft Hyper-V or Enterprise-grade KVM-based hypervisor, preferably in a financial institution

Strong knowledge of network protocols, operating systems, and security principles

Experience with cloud platforms such as VMware vSphere, AWS or Azure

Experience with VMware NSX

Experience with scripting languages like Bash, Python or PowerShell

Solid understanding of ITIL processes and incident management

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
