Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED
Ability to read and understand process documents
Experience operating in a procedure-driven environment
Must have basic mathematical skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
Basic computer proficiency
Good hand dexterity and ability to use a microscope
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs, unassisted
Strong work ethic
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Adhere to safety and PPE requirements
Preferred
Experience in assembly/manufacturing environment, MIM (Metal Injection experience is preferred)
