QVC Group is a Fortune 500 company with six leading retail brands including HSN. The Retail Keyholder will support HSN, reporting to the store manager and taking on their responsibilities in their absence.

Responsibilities

Plan and motivate team to achieve forecasted sales goals
Handle challenges that arise in a retail environment including loss prevention, employee relations, and providing excellent customer satisfaction
Support the store as a member of the management team including: store opening/closing, cash management, safe funds, registers, deposits, armored car and change orders
Train, coach, motivate and develop excellence in staff of associates

Required

1 – 3 years retail management experience supervising 15 - 25 employees
Prior merchandising experience
Lift, push and pull items weighing up to 40lbs or with assistance over for over 40lbs
Willing to use a forklift
High School Graduate or equivalent
