Security Sales Account Executive, Advanced Integration
Johnson Controls is a global leader in smart, healthy and sustainable buildings, and they are seeking a Security Sales Account Executive to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling advanced security solutions and building relationships with clients across various sectors to enhance community safety.

Responsibilities
Champion our Advanced and Integrated Security Services, forging strong partnerships with both established and new accounts across various sectors
Engage with sophisticated products, such as integrated video surveillance and access control systems, vital for ensuring community safety
Collaborate with colleagues, leaders, and internal partners from Operations and Engineering
Deepen account relationships by connecting with various departments—facilities, loss prevention, IT, finance, and C-suite executives
Develop sales leads, solicit clients, nurture referrals, and network within local associations while attending key trade shows
Build and maintain connections with security consultants and A&E (Architecture and Engineering) firms, as well as engage with the new construction marketplace
Initiate breakthrough methodologies for follow-ups on prospect communications and proposals
Convey the value of technically sophisticated integrated security systems and services, ensuring clients fully understand the solutions available to them
Conduct physical surveys of clients' facilities, pinpoint their security needs and contribute to the design of effective security systems
Craft and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals that translate features into compelling benefits
Stay informed about products and services as they relate to customer needs through continuous training, networking, and research
Qualification
Required
Field Sales role must live in the surrounding area (Atlantic City, Pennsauken, Hainesport NJ OR Horsham PA)
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
At least 5 years of successful direct sales experience in the selling large, advanced security systems, IT, and technology sectors, with a minimum of 3 years focusing on major accounts
Experience in the Security Integration Industry is a must
A proven track record with central control systems and monitoring devices, such as CCTV, Perimeter and Intrusion Detection Systems, and Access Control
Demonstrable success in achieving sales figures between $1-3 million in integrated security business
Exceptional oral, written, and presentation skills, with an ability to engage senior-level executives
A talent for developing and nurturing effective internal and external relationships
Action-oriented, with strong intrinsic motivation and business acumen, able to thrive in a matrix organization
Willingness to travel locally and regionally as needed
