Responsibilities

Contribute to the design of components for electronic safety systems:
Electrical Engineers: Design and layout printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs)
Mechanical Engineers: Design enclosures and mechanical interfaces
Computer Engineers / Computer Scientists: Develop embedded firmware and software tools
Test, validate, and troubleshoot prototypes and systems
Analyze test results and prepare technical documentation
Participate in design reviews and engineering discussions
Learn about the product development lifecycle, from concept through prototyping and validation

Required

Pursuing a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, with an expected graduation of 2027 or 2028
Demonstrated interest in hands-on design and development through coursework, personal projects, other internships, or extracurriculars
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Available to work 40 hours per week during summer 2026
