As an Avionics Install Technician, you will be essential in replacing and repairing complex avionics systems, troubleshooting electrical systems, and performing inspections on sophisticated civilian aircraft.

Responsibilities
Removal and installation of panels, components and interiors, as well as repair work on avionics installations
Stamp, bundle and install connectors on wiring
Removal of old wiring and installation of new wire bundles in aircraft
Troubleshooting and evaluation of avionics systems on the aircraft when designated
Inspection and evaluation of the aircraft and components when designated
Aircraft movement and assistance in hangar stack when required
Maintenance and repair of shop facility, equipment and tooling
Basic computer skills to be able to navigate electronic training, manuals, and maintenance data bases
Work within a team process
Work independently on projects when required
Effectively and clearly communicate (i.e., speak, write, read) in English
Any other job-related duties as assigned by supervisor or management
Qualification
Required
