Responsibilities

Lead pre-opening engineering tasks including systems testing, equipment setup, and operational readiness activities
Monitor and operate mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems during assigned shifts
Respond to maintenance requests and resolve issues promptly to ensure guest comfort and operational efficiency
Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting of building systems and equipment
Coordinate with contractors and vendors during pre-opening installations and post-opening repairs
Support in training and supervising engineering technicians and tradespeople during shift operations
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards at all times
Keep accurate shift reports and maintenance records

Qualification

MEP systems knowledgePre-opening experienceSafety complianceProblem-solving skillsEnglish fluency

Required

3 years of experience in luxury hotels or resorts
Strong technical knowledge of MEP and building systems
Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently during shifts
Focus on safety, efficiency, and high-quality maintenance standards
Eligible to work in Saudi Arabia
Fluency in English

Preferred

Pre-opening experience preferred
