Responsibilities
Lead and support enhancements to the RTR close process, including SAP S/4HANA and related systems
Validate data accuracy and integrity across close cycles and reporting outputs
Partner with enterprise data and technology teams to communicate accounting requirements and drive solutions
Execute testing for system upgrades and process changes, logging and resolving issues
Track and improve key metrics for close timeliness, accuracy, and efficiency
Contribute to quarterly and annual financial reporting, including management analysis and disclosures
Research and apply accounting standards; evaluate transactions for proper treatment
Maintain and update accounting policies and procedures
Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistency and readiness
Support other ad hoc RTR Global Capability priorities and initiatives
Qualification
Required
3+ years of accounting/finance experience; mix of public and industry experience a plus
Systems Implementation experience
Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial close cycles, and reporting requirements
Experience with SAP or other ERP systems
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross‑functionally
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and project management abilities
Flexible, proactive, and detail‑oriented with a focus on process improvement
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred
