Sr. CX Strategist, 3PX, Private Pricing & Experiences
Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Sr. CX Strategist to join the AWS Private Pricing Programs and Experiences (3PX) team. The role involves driving the growth of the Private Pricing Program through strategies that enhance customer engagement and experience, while collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities
Define and drive strategies that transform how customers discover, engage with and choose the AWS Private Pricing Program
As part of above, create and run new discovery and conversion points for customers to drive down-funnel conversion
Continuously inspect and learn from metrics and anecdotes, and run experiments to glean insights quickly and continuously improve
Manage stakeholders and senior leadership to propose ideas, gain alignment and report on progress
Serve as CX bar raiser on planned updates and launches to ensure an optimal CX, current and future
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Experience managing cross-functional projects and initiatives
6+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or related field
2+ years of experience in customer experience (CX) strategy or design
Demonstrated track record of developing and implementing customer-centric strategies
Preferred
Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
Experience effectively communicating complex concepts through written and verbal communication
Experience working with fast-moving, high-performance teams and driving innovative solutions tailored to unique business environments
