Responsibilities
Taking full ownership of the project, defining deliverables, and tracking milestones to keep progress on track
Collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and business sponsors to align goals and drive results
Managing day-to-day activities, proactively identifying risks, and resolving issues to maintain project momentum
Supporting agile ceremonies and leveraging tools like Jira and Confluence to promote transparency and collaboration
Embracing a mindset of continuous improvement by learning from each project and enhancing team practices
Qualification
Required
Experience managing or supporting projects (academic, internship, or professional), with a focus on delivering results
Familiarity with Agile or hybrid methodologies and an understanding of software development lifecycles
Strong prioritization skills and the ability to maintain momentum across multiple tasks
Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders and influence positive outcomes
Confidence in using project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Project (or similar)
A curious, growth-oriented mindset eager to continuously learn and improve
