Manager, Indirect Procurement

Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end sourcing projects and contract negotiations
Conduct spend and market analysis to identify savings opportunities
Partner with stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with business goals
Manage supplier relationships, ensuring service and compliance
Support regional and global initiatives to harmonize sourcing processes
Collaborate with Finance and Legal to manage contracts and savings validation
Maintain accurate data and process discipline within Coupa
Qualification
Required
6+ years in procurement or sourcing within your category area
Proven skills in negotiation, supplier management, and analytics
Strong Excel and reporting capabilities
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration
Bachelor's degree required; certification a plus
Organized, self-motivated, analytical, collaborative, resilient, customer-focused, and trusted for integrity and influence
Preferred
Experience with Coupa or similar systems preferred
Proficiency in additional languages and international negotiation experience are valued
