3Search is a fast-scaling advertising technology business that helps brands and agencies drive better performance through AI and smarter data. They are seeking an Account Executive who can own the full sales cycle and build credibility with senior stakeholders to open up new revenue across enterprise brands and large agencies.
Responsibilities
Build a perspective on the retail media ecosystem and turn it into conversations that convert
Run tailored platform demos that land clear commercial value
Take deals from first meeting to signature with strong discovery, compelling business cases and clean execution
Create your own pipeline through smart, targeted outreach
Keep CRM tight and work closely with marketing, product and client teams to deliver on expectations
Qualification
Required
Strong SaaS sales experience with a track record of hitting and beating quota
Background in retail media or AdTech covering search, display or video – Crucial experience for success in this role
Confident, consultative approach with the ability to uncover pain, quantify impact and position value
Comfortable building proposals, managing complex cycles and speaking to senior buyers
Thrives in a high growth environment where ownership is expected and rewarded
