Responsibilities

Perform detailed data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and SAP
Provide ad-hoc data analysis to support immediate business needs
Collaborate with the Director of Data Insights to define business requirements for data solutions
Proactively engage stakeholders to clarify vague or incomplete business requirements and translate them into actionable data solutions
Ensure data integrity and accuracy across various datasets
Assist in the automation of data processes to enhance efficiency
Work closely with SCO leadership and stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights
Act as a liaison between the SCO team and McKesson Technology (MT) teams to ensure effective communication and understanding of data structures
Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
Contribute to the evaluation of the potential impact of changes and new strategies

Required

Degree or equivalent and typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience
Bachelor's degree in computer science, economics, supply chain, finance, or a related field
7+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
Expert in SQL, data modeling, data mining, and analytics
Skilled with data visualization tools such as Snowflake, Tableau, Power BI, and SAP
Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract actionable insights from complex datasets
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Inquisitive and imaginative mindset to connect diverse elements across the enterprise
Exceptional business acumen and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a high-performing team environment
Candidates must be authorized to work in USA. Sponsorship is not available for this role

Preferred

Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical, healthcare industry, or life sciences sector
Strong understanding of supply chain economics
Python / object-oriented programming skills
Master's degree in a related field
