Responsibilities
Designing and implementing complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions tailored to customer needs
Providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout project delivery
Collaborating with internal AWS teams and external stakeholders to foster a culture of innovation in financial services, driving continuous improvements and positive change
Acting as a trusted advisor to customers on industry trends and emerging technologies
Sharing knowledge within the organization through mentoring, training, and creating reusable artifacts
Manage relationships with C-level executives in financial institutions, Fintechs, and other financial ecosystem stakeholders to align on and execute strategic transformation initiatives
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in cloud architecture and implementation
7+ years of relevant experience in enterprise IT, consulting, and/or engineering/development
Experience with engaging deeply with C-level executives to define and execute enterprise-wide transformation programs
Experience with identifying opportunities to scale engagements in enterprise IT professional service or cloud services
Demonstrated experience in architecture design, migration planning, and successful cloud project delivery, with strong background in Enterprise Architecture Frameworks (SAFe, TOGAF) and IT management frameworks (ITIL, COBIT)
Able to communicate effectively in English, within technical and business settings
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related engineering discipline, or equivalent experience
Preferred
Proficiency in a wide range of AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, VPC, CloudFormation)
Experience with automation and scripting (e.g., Terraform, Python)
Expertise in performance optimization and cost management for cloud environments
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
AWS Professional level certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect Professional, DevOps Engineer Professional) preferred
