They are seeking an experienced FP&A Director to oversee the financial planning and analysis process for the Revelyst Golf Technology platform, guiding informed business decisions through financial models, data analysis, and reporting.

Responsibilities
Facilitate, communicate, and track the execution of annual and long-term financial plans
Manage and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for stakeholders that support key decision-making in the organizations
Analyze the impact of business strategies and initiatives, customer profitability and segmentation, and channel and brand profitability as they relate to business strategy and company goals
Partner with business leaders to continuously improve and drive the business, improving growth and profitability through a process of financial planning, analysis, and risk management
Support the platform with financial analysis on new idea generation and 'size the prize' exercises
Support demand and supply planning working with the business leaders
Collaborate with the corporate Finance team on platform financial analysis
Manage a team of financial analysts
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
10+ years of progressive planning and financial analysis experience
5+ years of management experience
Strategic thinker with strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills
Ability to work cross-functionally with all levels of the organization
Preferred
CPA or MBA preferred
Preferably from the golf industry
