Sr. Acquisition Mgr., Global Film Acquisitions
Amazon is seeking a strategic, highly analytical Acquisitions Executive to join their Global Film Acquisitions team. The role involves leading deal negotiations and shaping acquisition strategies that support Amazon’s global film portfolio, sourcing films for distribution on Prime Video and theatrical release.

Responsibilities
Lead negotiations for global and regional film licensing and acquisition deals
Develop data-driven business models and valuation analyses to support deal recommendations
Collaborate with cross-functional partners—including Content Strategy, Business Affairs, Marketing, Finance, and Creative teams—to align acquisition decisions with Amazon’s strategic objectives
Develop and own strategy documents and presentations
Evaluate acquisition opportunities qualitatively and quantitatively
Qualification
Required
Experience with end-to-end ownership of major project deliverables
Experience with financial analysis and modeling
Can manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Preferred
Knowledge of digital video landscape, including solid understanding of digital video distribution technologies
Experience in content acquisition or sync licensing
