Responsibilities

Monitor aging reports and perform regular follow-ups with customers to secure timely payments

Manage all aspects of the collections process, including issuing reminders, resolving disputes, and negotiating payment arrangements

Communicate with operations and finance teams regarding account status and escalations

Maintain accurate documentation of customer communications and payment activities

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and reconcile discrepancies

Recommend accounts for further actions such as external agency referral

Support the Accounts Receivable/billbacks team with additional tasks as needed

Qualification

Microsoft Office: Basic

Years of Experience: 0-1 year

School level – Degree level: Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Accounting or other related
