Vice President, ACT Sales

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive adoption and revenue growth for ACT solutions
Define market segmentation, pipeline development, and forecasting processes
Own enterprise-level relationships with enterprise life science companies
Serve as an industry-facing expert on AI-enabled trial transformation—demonstrating deep understanding of clinical operations, clinical development, and the challenges of patient recruitment and retention
Partner with customers to define digital transformation roadmaps that leverage ConcertAI’s ACT platform and advanced data and AI capabilities
Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team with a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Scientific teams to align market needs with solution development
Partner with executive leadership to refine pricing, partnership models, and enterprise contracting strategy
Drive consistent quota achievement and sustainable long-term growth
Establish trusted C-level relationships to expand customer partnerships and renewals
Ensure alignment between sales execution and customer outcomes

Required

Bachelor's degree required
15+ years of commercial experience in life sciences technology, clinical research, or healthcare data solutions, with at least 5 years in an executive leadership role
Proven success leading enterprise sales for AI, clinical trial, or data-driven platforms
Deep understanding of clinical operations and development workflows, including site feasibility, patient matching, protocol design, and study execution
Demonstrated ability to build and scale sales organizations that exceed growth targets
Strong network within top global pharmaceutical companies, CROs, and clinical research organizations
Exceptional communication and executive presence, capable of engaging from Clinical Operations to the C-suite
