They are seeking a Mid-level iOS Software Developer to join their Remote Monitoring and Logging System team, providing engineering support and expertise in software development processes for the FAA.

Responsibilities

Provide 2nd Level Engineering support for RMLS

Collaborate with agile teams to develop, execute, and maintain systems in alignment with FAA requirements

Develop new mobile technology and modify the structure of existing software products to ensure the legacy applications remain functionally compatible with new products deployed in a phased approach

Review and comment on system engineering, requirement, testing and training documents

Attend/Lead meetings, such as design reviews, working groups, and briefings

Report issues and provide recommended solutions

Required

Be a US Citizen, have a US Green Card, or a Non-immigrant Work Authorization (VISA)

Has resided in the US for the last three (3) consecutive years

Candidate must reside or be willing to relocate within a commutable distance to Egg Harbor Township, NJ

All non-US Degrees must have a US Equivalency Certificate provided by the candidate

Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or Math, or a Bachelor's degree in another technical field with a minimum of thirty (30) semester hours in a combination of mathematics, statistics, and computer science and twelve (12) years of related work experience in a computer science or math field

Master's Degree in any field of study with a minimum of thirty (30) semester hours of either undergrad or grad study in a combination of mathematics, statistics, and computer science and nine (9) years of related work experience in a computer science or math field

Experience/knowledge in iOS software development kit (SDK); Apple iPhone applications

Experience/knowledge in C#, .NET, React Native, JavaScript, AJAX, Web Services, and Oracle's PL/SQL

Experience/knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams)

Ability to work independently, as well as on a team

Ability to learn on the job and be self-motivated

Ability to take ownership of various initiatives

Ability to troubleshoot and isolate defects

Ability to communicate effectively through verbal and written communication
