Responsibilities

Lead the requirements analysis and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Financial Finance & Operations software for the heavy equipment industry; Identify the gaps and recommend solutions

Work in close partnership with customers and project managers to discuss and resolve financial and accounting issues, in compliance with GAP US GAAP principles

Lead customers through the execution phase including the testing coordination, by overseeing that all requirements are integrated and tested

Provide product support for clients during different project phases utilizing knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 finance related modules including general ledger, tax, accounts payable and receivable, fixed assets, budgeting, project accounting, procurement and cash and bank management processes and Microsoft Power BI reporting solutions

Support pre-sales activities and modify software to ensure that it best serves the client's applications

Recommend changes to the software to drive the future roadmap of our product based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 advanced products, specifically the following finance modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Tax and Procurement & Sourcing

Participate in internal/external meetings to ensure that the product is implemented with the highest quality standards

Participate in creating functional solution designs and related test designs

Actively participate in pre-sales/sales activities, customer presentations and or demonstrations

Utilize customer feedback to identify opportunities to improve our products and services

Facilitate trainings, workshops, or demonstrations either remotely or on site as required by the customer

Provide realistic, generic estimations for complex tasks and participate in planning phase of the project

Suggest and deliver improvements for the processes and systems affecting the whole implementation/support lifecycle

Help customers break down complex business problems into solvable pieces

Manage configurations and master data updates for clients

Ensure support services are resolved and/or escalated in a timely manner

Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, events, and presentations

Undertake additional tasks as may be required from time to time as requested by Management

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field

3-5 years of project experience in the duties of the position

Professional fluency in English language is a must

Business travel (50-70%) based on project or/and team requirements

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (Microsoft Dynamics 365 or AX 2012)

Basic understanding of software development and quality assurance concepts

Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills

Agility to respond to new situations by modifying your performance & adopting new skills and abilities

Proficiency with data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting

Proven ability to plan and manage resources

Proactive, takes initiative, and self-reliant

Must be legally eligible to work in the US on a permanent basis without sponsorship

Team player with strong communication, organization, and client interaction skills

Ability to work multiple work streams concurrently remotely and in-person, independently and collaboratively

Strong attention to detail and results driven mentality

Prefers working in a fast-paced small to mid-size company dynamic and is willing to learn

Preferred

Fluency in Spanish is a plus

Field (on site) experience is a plus

Experience in data interfaces and webservices (XML, JSON) is a plus

Experience in .NET programming, is a plus

Experience using tools like Trace parser and Dynamics perf, being able to debug performance issues, is a plus

Basic knowledge in the DevOps or TFS for project implementation testing management is a plus

Knowledge of LCS, deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 FinOps releases, and using of Azure portal
