Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
Develop detailed business process models and workflows to support project objectives
Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment
Assist in the design and implementation of technology solutions that meet client needs
Support project management activities, including planning, tracking, and reporting on project progress
Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
Provide ongoing support and training to clients during and after project deployment
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a track record of working on technology and business integration projects
Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under tight deadlines
Proficiency with business analysis tools and software (e.g., Visio, JIRA, MS Office Suite)
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
Preferred
Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA)
