Responsibilities
Setting and communicating a compelling vision and strategy for Atlassian Guard Standard and Enterprise Posture Management
Leading and mentoring a team of product managers, fostering a culture of customer obsession, innovation, and operational excellence
Partnering with engineering, design, security, and go-to-market teams to deliver high-impact features on time and at scale
Engaging with enterprise customers, especially in regulated industries, to deeply understand their needs and translate them into product priorities
Driving adoption, customer satisfaction for Guard Standar
Ensuring EPM meets the needs of Atlassian developers and end customers as well by staying ahead of the evolving posture management landscape and compliance requirements
Qualification
Required
15+ years of experience in product management space
Deep expertise in IAM, SaaS platforms, and enterprise customer needs
Strong understanding of identity and access management, release management, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOC2)
Demonstrated ability to drive product strategy, execution, and measurable business outcomes
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
Strategic thinking and vision-setting in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
Advanced skills in customer discovery, competitive analysis, and financial modeling
Ability to inspire and develop high-performing product teams
Strong cross-functional leadership and collaboration
Data-driven decision making and a bias for action
