Leading global marketing strategy and execution for our robotics platform
Supporting a high volume of product launches across US and international markets
Developing cohesive marketing strategies and value propositions for the robotics ecosystem
Managing user advisory boards and innovation councils
Driving product innovation through surgeon engagement and user group feedback
Collaborating cross-functionally with portfolio teams and international stakeholders
Shaping launch strategy and commercialization readiness
Monitoring performance and driving continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Extensive experience in orthopaedics marketing
Proven success in upstream / downstream marketing roles
Strong stakeholder engagement and KOL management skills
Preferred
MBA preferred
robotics experience is a plus
Technical background (e.g., bioengineering) welcomed
