Compliance Intern

Fluke Corporation is looking for a Compliance Intern to join their regulatory compliance team in Everett, WA for summer 2026. The intern will support and lead problem-solving efforts to improve global regulatory compliance processes and ensure Fluke’s products meet safety and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Analyze regulatory compliance processes and procedures and lead problem solving activities in collaboration with other stakeholders to drive sustained improvements across the organization
Support the development and implementation of improvements to processes, procedures, tools and systems
Utilize the Fortive Business System (FBS), incl. the Problem Solving Process, Kaizen activities, Daily Visual Management and/or others as part of the project
Work with necessary personnel in engineering and operations and coordinate the implementation of process best practices and daily visual management to ensure sustainment

Required

Must be able to work on site at Fluke's headquarters in Everett, Washington
Good organizational skills and ability to collaborate with other team members
Desire to ask questions and learn new processes

Strong sense of integrity
Ability to take direction but also provide ideas for improvements
Proficiency with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Teams)
Pursuing a degree in engineering, science, operations, or related field. Graduating December 2026 or later

Preferred

Strong communication, leadership skills preferred
Six sigma and/or lean continuous improvement skills preferred
Project management as well as coding skills a plus
