Responsibilities

Create and manage the Virtual workplan

Ensure key deliverables are met at the appropriate milestones

Building, correlating models and using them to satisfy the workplans

Prioritize the workload according to the needs of the program: balancing meeting internal deliverables, but also best serving the vehicle & program needs

Leading technical discussions with the interfacing teams

Provide Technical assistance to the Less experienced and contract Virtual Engineers

Participate in Global process development activities

Component and sub system specifications to meet full vehicle performance targets for Ride, Handling and Steering

Integral with the team and work with Vehicle Dynamics Test Engineers, Program teams, Vehicle Development, Chassis Component Engineers, NVH and Durability

Off-line Simulation assessments

Recommending countermeasures supported by Virtual Validation with correlated models

Supporting Driver In the Loop activity with models for tuning activities

HIL/SIL integration as needed

Create and manage the Virtual workplan

Ensure key deliverables are met at the appropriate milestones

Building, correlating models and using them to satisfy the workplans

Prioritize the workload according to the needs of the program

Leading technical discussions with the interfacing teams
