Project Management Intern

Tattoo Projects Digital is a team of creative thinkers and strategists focused on delivering meaningful digital work. The Digital Project Management Intern will manage projects and collaborate with a remote digital team to ensure smooth execution of digital initiatives across timelines and teams.

Responsibilities

Help manage the day-to-day execution of digital projects across departments, ensuring deliverables meet scope, timeline, and quality standards
Act as the point of contact between account teams, clients, and the remote digital team, keeping communication clear and projects moving forward
Proactively identify potential bottlenecks and flag risks early to keep projects on track
Join internal and client meetings to capture key decisions, next steps, and action items
Create and maintain project schedules, balance resourcing between projects, and timelines in ClickUp (and interpret Wrike schedules from clients as needed)
Support the development of project scopes, estimates, and proposals
Track progress, flag potential risks, and proactively identify solutions to keep work on track
Maintain organized file systems in Dropbox and ensure shared documentation is up to date
Keep internal invoice and budget tracking accurate and aligned with project timelines
Support quality assurance (QA) and final review during website and digital launches
Contribute to process improvements that strengthen communication between account teams, clients, and the digital team

Required

1 year of experience in digital project management, production, or coordination
Familiarity with basic web development concepts or terminology—ability to 'speak dev' and translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong working knowledge of project management tools like ClickUp, Asana, or Trello
Ability to build, interpret, and manage digital timelines and Gantt charts
Understanding of CMS platforms and general web production workflows
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with cloud-based collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Slack, etc.)
Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
A proactive mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively across time zones
Comfortable leading remote collaboration and maintaining structure in a distributed environment

Wrike experience a plus
ClickUp experience preferred
