The Summer Publicity Intern will contribute to real publicity campaigns, collaborate with publishing professionals, and gain hands-on experience in connecting books with media and readers.

Responsibilities
Help build press materials such as media lists, press kits, and pitch letters that highlight our upcoming books and authors
Monitor media coverage and research creative opportunities for book features, author interviews, and trending topics
Keep our Monday.com internal events log up to date with new publicity leads and media opportunities
Assist with publicity mailings and other physical material prep and support
Spearhead media contact research projects to strengthen existing relationships and discover new outlets and contacts
Provide general administrative support and assist with cross-imprint projects as needed
Qualification
Required
Current college sophomores, juniors, seniors, or recent grads
Strong writing and communication skills
Excellent time-management and organizational skills
Energetic, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
Ability to multi-task and thrive in a deadline-driven environment
Strong attention to detail
A genuine interest in books, media, and storytelling
