Partner closely with Operations, Research, Engineering, Analytics, and GTM teams to refine marketplace dynamics across supply, demand, pricing, incentives, and quality
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience as a Product Manager
Experience building products for the gig economy, focused on supply-side onboarding, lifecycle management, user experience, quality, and other aspects
Strong SaaS UI/UX design sense and product-building experience
Experience working closely with enterprise customers and channel partners in the enterprise software industry
Educational background in computer science or related engineering practice
Preferred
8+ years of product management experience, including 4+ years working on marketplace, logistics, supply/demand, or growth systems
Experience from a marketplace or platform-based organization
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in metrics-driven decision-making, experimentation, and portfolio tradeoffs
Demonstrated ability to partner closely with data science and engineering to deliver scalable, measurable outcomes
Deep intuition and rigor around user behavior, incentives, and marketplace mechanics
