Responsibilities

Perform scheduled preventative maintenance in coordination with production teams
Complete all maintenance tasks following procedures, standards, and best practices
Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inspections; record findings in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
Communicate and report potential system improvements to drive continuous improvement
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment failures, driving root cause solutions
Support system reliability through effective planning, prioritization, and documentation

Required

Associate degree in Automation, Electronics, HVAC, or a related field; or equivalent work experience
Solid background in electrical and mechanical maintenance
Knowledge and use of CMMS systems
Ability to read and interpret pneumatic schematics and electrical wiring diagrams
Familiarity with instrumentation, controls, safety systems, and electrical components
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational, prioritization, and communication skills

Preferred

Previous experience in HVAC, industrial gas, chemical, or oil industries
Experience with PLC hardwire and system backups
Hands-on experience with Praxair, Edwards, Airguard, DAS, Ebara, or Air Liquide equipment
Knowledge of Engineering Change Order procedures
