Responsibilities

Translate firm priorities and leadership vision into action plans and next steps
Manage project execution, timelines, deliverables, and follow-through
Improve internal workflows, create SOPs, and support firm-wide operational efficiency
Assist with implementation of tools, systems, and new processes
Support rollout of growth initiatives, service enhancements, and operational changes
Maintain communication across teams to keep tasks moving and aligned
Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions to improve productivity and scale

Required

5+ years experience in executive support, operations, or process execution
Background in wealth management, financial services, legal, accounting, or similar
