Responsibilities
Architect, implement, and maintain scalable backend services using C# .NET
Design reliable, high-performance systems in a micro-service architecture
Collaborate cross-functionally with frontend, mobile, infrastructure, and hardware engineers
Contribute to architectural decisions that shape the future of our platform
Lead major initiatives, owning key systems end-to-end, and being accountable for their success in production
Participate in an on-call rotation (up to 7 weeks/year) to ensure the stability and responsiveness of our systems
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience building backend systems with C# .NET in a production environment
Strong understanding of distributed systems, asynchronous processing, and cloud infrastructure (preferably Azure)
Experience independently designing and delivering large-scale platform features or services
Exposure to or interest in full-stack development and DevOps practices
A mindset of extreme ownership—you take initiative, solve problems proactively, and drive systems forward
Preferred
Experience with IoT, telemetry, or hardware-integrated software systems
