Responsibilities
Providing manufacturing support, process development, and continuous improvement for the Advanced Composites Manufacturing factory
Utilizing hands-on problem solving, data analyses and application of engineering, Six Sigma, and lean manufacturing principles to improve assembly processes, product flow, product yields and reducing cost
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in an engineering discipline with 2+ years of manufacturing experience
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
Preferred
Lean and Six Sigma Principles
Prior experience in composite manufacturing a plus
PPV FAI
Prior experience in DoD manufacturing environment
