Required

You are a skilled talent acquisition professional who has managed a full-cycle recruiting desk and is passionate about connecting the right talent to the right opportunity
You are a sourcing ninja who knows how to use social media, boolean search, and other unique methods of identifying and engaging with passive and active candidates
You have experience developing and nurturing relationships with middle school, high school, and college students and career services departments
You know how to consult with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs
