Responsibilities
Review and remediation general ledger (GL) outages related to Zelle transactions
Analyze customer complaints in the Zelle and bill payment space
Complete daily social media monitoring for real time processing issues
Escalate trends and/or patterns found in GL outages and customer complaints
Monitor, escalate and remediate Zelle intraday processing issues (eg missing and duplicate payments)
Work with 3rd party vendors to obtain and document root cause analysis and corrective action for identified findings
Partner with Zelle and Bill Payment process managers to identify trends in errors/data and recommend process improvements
Maintain record for all escalated errors in an organized manner using existing tools
Demonstrate strong attention to detail and problem solving skills when completing tasks
Follow direction and execute tasks efficiently following procedures and meeting regulatory and customer experience requirements
Proactively identifying operational and/or customer experience issues, appropriate management and awareness of escalated situations, and auditing and reviewing others’ work
May make independent decisions when necessary and escalate when appropriate
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
At least 1 year of operations experience
At least 1 year of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office
Secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions
Reliable private internet connection that is not supplied via cellular data or hotspot is required
A private network that is password protected where you have ownership or line of sight to every device on the network
Internet service must be provided by Cable or Fiber Internet Service Providers (ISP)
Hotspots and satellite services are prohibited and do not meet performance criteria required for optimal agent/customer interactions
ISP download speeds on VPN must be at least 5Mbps, with 10+ Mbps preferred
Both Hardwire and WiFi internet connections are acceptable as long as speed and security requirements are met
Preferred
At least 6 months of process improvement experience
At least 1 year of payments experience or general ledger experience
At least 2 years of operations experience
