Responsibilities

Support Senior Analysts in the investment analysis of leveraged loans and bonds

Build and maintain financial models and databases to monitor and analyze existing and prospective investments

Monitor and synthesize news flow: company announcements, regulatory filings, sell-side research, ratings reports, etc., with a focus on leveraged loan market positions

Communicate with external analysts and portfolio company management

Partner with the trading team to share portfolio updates and investment theses for new issues

Assist in the preparation of quarterly reports, credit summaries, and other internal research

Required

A minimum of 2–6 years of experience in buy-side/sell-side research, investment banking, leveraged finance, credit, private credit, private equity, or related fields

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university/college with strong academic performance and relevant coursework

Strong finance, math, and Excel skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong work ethic and uncompromising attention to detail

Ability to efficiently multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

Initiative to complete tasks and enhance output under limited supervision
