They are seeking a Creative Intern who will specialize in Art Direction, Graphic Art/Graphic Design, or Copywriting, providing students with relevant work experience and mentorship during a 10-week internship program.

Responsibilities
Work with our award-winning creative team
Experience the day-to-day life of an Art Director – from brainstorming, to concept ideation, to tactical execution
Interact with account, strategy, media and project managers
Work closely with Graphic Supervisors and Senior Graphic Artists in the creation of digital shelf PDP and digital retail media ads
Create designs from key visuals and toolkits and prepare and deliver files to vendors
Collaborate with art directors, other writers, and creative directors on crafting and adapting messages across different points of communication in advertising and marketing materials
Qualification
Required
Rising Senior, Graduating in May or Grad Student
Majors: Design, Journalism, English, Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design
Available for 40 hours a week, 9-5, for the 10-week program (June 1 - Aug 7)
Come from a place of curiosity and wanting to learn more
Organization and time management skills
Ability to quickly learn and process information
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Team player and adhere to the AMP Employee Handbook
Complete an individual project supporting the team you are assigned to
Position is remote, but there will be travel to the Advantage offices 2 times over the program. If you live in Chicago or Boston area, you could go to the AMP office on Wednesdays
Will complete trainings to fill in any gaps in the general tech used by agency to gain proficiency
Have a portfolio
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite of Software
Experience with an agency or related field. Graphic Artist - Have a working knowledge of design skills, pixel perfection, file preparation and formatting
Strong prioritization skills
Excellent written communication and verbal communication skills
Team building Skills
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment
Ability to interact in a courteous, helpful, and professional manner
Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and web-browsers
Preferred
Preferable that they've already had an internship
