Work directly with an experienced management team
Teach necessary skills to be successful with Midwest Manufacturing
Work on a variety of projects such as Lean/Continuous Improvement, Safety, SOP writing, process improvement, quality, efficiency
Develop stronger organizational, communication and time management skills
Gain hands-on management experience
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a degree in Management, Construction Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Organizational Leadership & Supervision, Organizational Management, Industrial Management, Manufacturing Technology, or Mechanical Engineering
Open availability to work 40 hours per week during the summer or 20-32 hours per week during the academic school year
Desire to pursue a management/operations career
Possess enthusiasm and the drive to be successful
