This role involves preparing, presenting, and prosecuting criminal cases ranging from theft to murder, while providing legal guidance and investigative support to law enforcement.

Determining which cases should be prosecuted, resolved through plea agreements, or taken to trial

Crafting specific plea offers on a case-by-case basis

Trying cases that are not otherwise resolved

Handling a diverse range of criminal cases

Meeting with members of the public

Engaging in plea negotiations with defense counsel
