Product Manager- U.S. (start date 2/2/2026)
joimax® is the leading developer and manufacturer of complete systems for endoscopic minimally invasive spinal surgery. The Product Manager, U.S. supports the commercialization, marketing, and clinical adoption of joimax® products within the U.S. market, bridging product, marketing, and sales functions to ensure technologies meet surgeon needs.
Responsibilities
Support day-to-day product management activities, including product maintenance, pricing updates, forecasting, and inventory planning
Assist in new product introductions (NPIs), coordinating launch activities and training materials
Gather customer and field feedback to identify improvement opportunities and support product enhancements
Develop marketing collateral, presentations, and product content for internal and external use
Support field sales teams with product information, competitive data, and sales tools
Help coordinate trade shows, surgeon training courses, and educational events
Track market and competitive trends to support portfolio planning
Analyze sales data, market share, and utilization metrics to identify growth opportunities
Contribute insights to business reviews and planning meetings
Strategic planning for future products and effective collaboration working with global development and marketing teams
Work closely with the global marketing and product management teams to align U.S. needs with global initiatives
Partner with operations, regulatory, and customer service to ensure smooth product availability and compliance
Support surgeon education and engagement activities in collaboration with clinical and training teams
Sustain a high level of communication with the clinical education and sales teams to ensure timely customer responses and engagement
Must be able to interact with and nurture relationships with KOLs
Ability to work occasional weekends (approximately once per month) and travel up to 40% to observe surgical cases, support conferences, tradeshows, and workshops, and meet with surgeon faculty, customers, and targets
Work closely with international cross-functional teams, which may include early morning meetings with the German Product Management team (starting as early as 7:00 a.m. PST) to support global coordination
Perform other such tasks and projects as assigned by Supervisor
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (preferably in business, marketing, biomedical engineering, or life sciences)
2–5 years of experience in medical devices, healthcare marketing, or product management—spine or orthopedic experience preferred
Medical device and/or capital equipment experience (orthopedics, fusion/implants, durable medical equipment, etc.) is a plus
Experience with, and understanding of, clinical/operating room/surgical environment and workflow is a plus
Strong communication and presentation skills; able to simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences
The ability to motivate team members, present complex ideas clearly, and collaborate effectively across different departments
Relationship management skills and the ability to manage and influence key stakeholder relationships (surgeons, sales, upstream, Mar comm and Med Ed) effectively
Strong problem-solving skills to navigate challenges within a small but global business environment
Self-motivated, positive and independent activator
Strong analytical skills applied to competitive product analysis, market analysis and data analysis to make informed strategic decisions
Detail-oriented with strong project management and organizational skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Social Media, CRM and ERP system experience a plus
Willingness to travel 40%
Able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds on occasion
